Hotel and surroundings fine. Comfortable and with a pleasant atmosphere.
The hotel and its facilities were fine. The food was very good and the service in the restaurant very friendly.
The lady at the front desk was unpleasant, unprofessional with poor English skills. The pool was very cold - the water. My daughter who is 14 years old paid for her stay as an adult, but could not go to the pool because she is a child :-(

The hotel is located in a quiet neighborhood on the outskirts of the town of Aprica. It is a great spot for visiting the ski slopes. The upper floors offer a beautiful view of the village and the mountains. The room was clean and warm.
The hotel is not worth its price. It is an average hotel. The breakfast, in particular, is very poor. Parking is wherever you can find a spot. The rooms are very small.
